B43-78-09A, currently owned by Richard Trott has had a very successful competition career.

Siegfried Stohr won the opening round of the Italian F3 Championship and followed this with another win at Varano in round two, further victories at Vallalunga and Misano as well as seconds at Varano (a second visit to the track) and Magione saw him win the Italian Championship.

Historical Notes:
Raced in 1978 by Sigfrid Stohr. He won the Italian Formula 3 Championship and came 2nd in the Monaco Formula 3 race that year. He drove for the Italian Trivellato team.

It has been owned by: Rob Harvey, Vin Malkie etc. It is presently owned and raced by Richard Trott.

It is raced in the Classic Formula 3 Championship and came second in the championship in 2006 and 2007 wining most of the races it competed in.

In 1980 Richard Trott won both National Formula Ford 2000 championships and a Grovewood Award. He then raced in the British Formula 3 Championship in 1981 to 1984.
